Should print stylesheets be a lower weight?

Print stylesheets have the same weight as all other synchronous styles ([5](https://rviscomi.github.io/capo.js/user/rules/#-5-synchronous-styles)).

Given that they're not necessary for rendering UI to screens, and browsers still attempt to load them anyway (at a lower priority), consider lowering their weight to 0 accordingly.
