Building a better base of docs directly from the codebase, these will be used to expand and update the docs site

@johnsoncodehk @Princesseuh @remcohaszing It would be EXTREMELY helpful if you all could review these AI generated docs for accuracy, and provide additional context or notes all the places you think there could be more detail or clarity.

Otherwise I will be using these docs as a source of truth for the updating of the web docs I am working on.

I won't lie this is an insane amount of text to be reviewing for any of us at this time. Could this be split up in multiple PRs?

I had already had that thought as well, but I've actually decided to come at it differently altogether.

I'm going to create a set of smaller PRs on the docs repo, with some of the content from this PR chunked out and formatted where I think it should live.

The main reason behind all of this again is just me trying to understand all of the correct VolarJS ways of doing things, making sure that I am leveraging the built in helpers, caching, methods, etc... properly.
